Privacy and data retention
Settings › Context and privacy sets what Lyric may take in, and Settings › Data holds your chat history and your exports. How long each kind of data is kept is set out in the Data Retention Policy.

One switch covers every kind, and each kind has its own: Tasks (steps, outcomes and fixes from tasks), Actions (tool and research results), Projects (steps, outcomes and fixes from project work) and Workflows (steps, outcomes and fixes from workflow runs). Turning it off stops future contributions. In an organization, administrators set it for everyone |

Settings › Data shows your chat history and the exports open to you.

On Lyric Free, Lyric Pro and Lyric Max, you export everything. In an organization, the account holder and administrators also export the organization's data, every member's included; other members export their chats and their Personal context.
Deleting your account
Delete account, in Settings › Account, permanently deletes your account and what Lyric knows about you. On Lyric Enterprise, your account belongs to your organization. See When someone leaves.
How long data is kept
