What Lyric knows
Activity
The Activity page is a timeline of everything Lyric has observed, done and is working on, and everything done through LyricOS, by day, newest first. It updates in real time.
The timeline
Each moment opens what it belongs to: what Lyric did, the task it did it for, or what was done through LyricOS. Group the timeline by date or by type.

Stopping all activity
Stop halts every operation in progress, and Lyric starts no new ones until activity is resumed. You stop activity on your own account. An administrator, or a Lyric Teams account holder, chooses the entire organization or team, or only their own account.
In an organization
Administrators see the activity of the organization's people, and the account holder sees everyone's, each by who did it. Every action Lyric takes, and every action a policy stopped or sent for approval, is recorded with the reason.
How long activity is kept
Activity records are kept for 1 year; on Lyric Enterprise, the organization can keep them for up to 7 years. See Privacy and data retention.
