When someone leaves
When a person leaves an organization or is removed from it, their access to the organization ends immediately. The organization keeps its work context and the person keeps their personal context.
Access
The person is signed out of the organization on every device, and Lyric starts no further work for them on the organization's behalf.
Work context and personal context
Work context, what Lyric learned from the person's work for the organization, remains with the organization. Personal context, what Lyric knows about the person's own life, remains with the person and leaves with them.
Tasks, goals and workflows
The person's tasks, goals and workflows transfer to the organization's account holder, who can reassign them to other people. Nothing is deleted.
The seat
The person's seat becomes free and can be assigned to someone else immediately. The seat's usage for the billing period stays with the seat. To stop paying for the seat, remove it; removal takes effect at the start of the next billing period.
If the account holder leaves
Ownership of an organization can be transferred only through Dominion Labs support. Contact [email protected] before the account holder leaves.
