What Lyric knows

Relationships

The Relationships page shows the people and organizations Lyric has identified through your work and requests, and how you work with them.

The page

At the top are your people, organizations and groups at a glance. Under it, the list, people first, then organizations and groups. Filter it by relationship, context and type, sort it by relevance, name or recent activity, and show it detailed or compact.

Beside the list are your groups, Relationship insights, the recent activity that involved people, and Suggested connections Lyric proposes adding.

A person's page

A person opens on their own page, with their key information and contact details, the current work you share, recent interactions and conversations, and the context Lyric holds about them. An organization or a group opens in its own view.

Adding a person or an organization

  1. Select Add person or organization.
  2. Type: a person or an organization.
  3. Details: for a person, their name, what they are to you, their job and organization, and notes; for an organization, its name and notes.
  4. Context: whose the relationship is: your personal life or your work.
  5. Review, then select Add.

Groups and what Lyric may do

Each group has permissions for what Lyric may do with its people, each Allowed, Ask first or Never: Read conversations, Draft replies, Send replies, Share availability, Schedule meetings and Cancel meetings. Add someone to a group from their options.

Where relationships come from

Lyric learns your relationships from your work with people: your conversations, your meetings and the applications you connect. The entries of your context that made each person known are shown with them.
