Billing and usage by seat
On Lyric Teams, the account holder manages billing. On Lyric Enterprise, the account holder and administrators manage it. Administrators on both plans can view the usage of every seat.

Usage by seat
Settings › Organization (Settings › Team on Lyric Teams) › Users shows each seat's usage for the current billing period, and Billing › Usage shows the organization's usage as a whole. Each person sees their own seat's usage in the usage panel.
Shared usage credits
Usage credits purchased for the organization are held in a shared pool. Any seat draws on the pool once its own allowance is used, at the published prices. See Additional usage and credits.
Budgets
Budgets limit how much of the shared pool the organization, or particular people, may spend in a billing period, for all usage or for action minutes, compute or storage. Each budget can stop usage at its limit or send alerts only. See Spend limits.
Billing contacts
Billing contacts receive invoices and payment notices by email. See Invoices.
