Invoices

An invoice is issued for every charge. Invoices are available as PDF files on Settings › Plan and billing.

When invoices are issued

At each subscription renewal.
For prorated charges when you upgrade, add a seat or change a standard seat to a premium seat.
For each purchase of usage credits, including purchases made by automatic reload.

Usage drawn from credits does not create a separate invoice; the purchase of those credits is invoiced.

What an invoice includes

The plan, the number and type of seats, and the billing period.
Any prorated amounts and usage credit purchases.
Applicable taxes.
Your billing information and the payment method charged.

All amounts are shown in US dollars.

Viewing and downloading invoices

Every invoice is listed under Invoices on Settings › Plan and billing, where each can be downloaded as a PDF file.

Billing contacts

On Lyric Teams, the account holder, and on Lyric Enterprise, the account holder and administrators, can add billing contacts, who receive invoices and payment notices by email.

Purchases through Apple

Receipts for subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are issued by Apple.
