Administer
Workflows, webhooks and admin keys
Administrators decide how the organization's people use workflows, connect the organization's own systems with webhooks, and manage the organization programmatically with admin keys.
Workflows
In Settings › Organization (Settings › Team on Lyric Teams) › Workflows, administrators choose whether people may create workflows, whether workflows can be shared within the organization, and which workflow templates are recommended. Each workflow run consumes action minutes for the person whose workflow it is.
Webhooks
Webhooks send the organization's systems a notice when events occur in LyricOS, so that those systems can respond. Administrators add and manage them in Settings › Organization (Settings › Team on Lyric Teams) › Webhooks.
Admin keys
Admin keys let the organization's systems manage the organization through the Admin API.
- Each key has its own permissions, which set what it can manage.
- A key can be limited to specific IP addresses; requests from any other address are refused.
- A key can be given an expiry date.
- The key is shown once, when it is created. Store it securely.
- Admin keys never read conversations or context.
The list of admin keys shows who created each key, its permissions, status and expiry, when it was created and when it was last used.
