Seats

Each person in an organization holds a seat. On Lyric Teams, a seat is either standard or premium, and each seat has its own allowances. On Lyric Enterprise, seats are set by agreement.

Both seat types include every Lyric Teams feature. Choose a premium seat for people who rely on Lyric for substantial work.

Assigning a seat

A seat is assigned when a person is invited, and is reserved while the invitation is pending. See Invite people.

Adding, changing and removing seats

Reassigning a seat

A seat can be reassigned to another person at any time. A seat's usage for the billing period stays with the seat when the person assigned to it changes, so the new person continues from the seat's remaining allowance.

Shared usage credits

Each seat has its own allowance. Usage credits purchased by the organization are held in a shared pool that any seat draws on once its own allowance is used. See Additional usage and credits.

Lyric Enterprise

Seats on Lyric Enterprise are set by the organization's agreement. Until the agreement sets its own figures, each seat receives the default Lyric Enterprise allowances: 2,000 action minutes, 15 core hours, 10 concurrent tasks, 10 GB of project storage and 20 GB of core compute storage.
