Rate by autonomy level

The autonomy level at which Lyric performs work determines how many action minutes that work consumes. The rates are the same on every plan.

Observe

Lyric investigates and reports. It reads and analyzes the applications and information you connect, and records what it finds, but does not act in your applications.

Assist

Lyric prepares changes, such as drafts, updates and archiving, and acts only after you approve each one. Time spent awaiting your approval does not consume action minutes.

Delegate

Lyric pursues goals and performs the work on its own on your behalf, without asking for approval. The action boundaries you set still apply.

Which level applies to a piece of work

Each piece of work is performed at a single autonomy level: the level set for the task, goal or workflow, within the levels your plan allows and, in an organization, the levels your administrators permit. The rate of that level applies to every minute of the work.

When you create a task, a goal or a workflow, you choose how Lyric handles it. Each choice corresponds to an autonomy level, and only the choices at levels your plan includes, and in an organization your administrators allow, are offered.

A Manual task, goal or workflow consumes action minutes at the Observe rate while Lyric investigates, reports and tracks it.

Examples

On Lyric Free, where Lyric works at Observe, the allowance of 7.5 action minutes in any 24 hours covers up to 30 minutes of work.

Purchasing action minutes by level

Beyond your allowance, you can purchase Observe, Assist and Delegate action minutes from your usage credits, priced in line with the rates.

Minutes of a higher level used for lower-level work cover that work at its rate: one Delegate minute covers four minutes of Observe work. See Action minutes by autonomy level.
