LyricOS

How you work with Lyric

LyricOS is where you direct Lyric, review its work, and define its authority. Every observation, decision, action, and verification across your systems, devices, applications, and physical environment is visible here.

Ways in

See into everything Lyric knows and does

Each area opens a part of the model: what Lyric understands about your environment, what it is pursuing, and the record of what it has done and verified.

Home

What requires your attention, and what Lyric is working on now.

Chat

Direct conversation with Lyric to assign work, ask questions, and review results.

Projects

Long-running work shared with Lyric and your team, each with its own context, tasks, and files.

Activity

A complete record of every action: what Lyric perceived, decided, planned, performed, and verified.

Context

Everything Lyric holds about you and your work, with the evidence behind each part.

Commitments

The commitments Lyric has identified, and the status of each.

Relationships

The people and organizations in your environment, and how they relate to you.

Places

The locations that matter to your work, as Lyric has come to understand them.

Patterns

The routines, timing, and recurring activity Lyric has learned.

Capabilities

What Lyric has earned through experience, and the outcomes behind each capability.

Goals, tasks, and schedule

The objectives Lyric is pursuing, the plan for each, and when it intends to act.

Workflows

Repeatable processes you define, run exactly as you built them.

Connectors

You decide what Lyric can reach

Each connector brings a system, device, application, or part of your physical environment into a single connected environment. Lyric understands context across all of them and acts where needed.

Thousands of connectors, from enterprise systems and applications to devices and physical spaces.

Built on MCP

Lyric connects through the Model Context Protocol, the open standard for connecting AI to services. Any service that publishes an MCP server can be connected.

A catalog refreshed daily

Discover lists the connectors in the open MCP Registry that Lyric can use, with each company's own connectors first. The catalog is refreshed every day.

Sign in with the service, not with Lyric

You sign in to each service directly through the protocol's OAuth 2.1 authorization. Lyric never sees your password and receives access for that one connector only.

Your devices and home

Add the Lyric app on your phone or computer, and connect your home, so Lyric understands the physical environment as well as the digital one.

Managed for organizations

On Lyric Enterprise, administrators provide integrations for the whole organization and decide which teams and account types receive each one.

Disconnect at any time

Every connector you add is listed in one place, each with the option to disconnect it.

Workflows

Repeatable work, done your way every time

When a piece of work keeps coming up, describe it once, step by step, in your own words. Lyric performs it the same way every time and shows how it will carry out each step.

Triggers

Start a workflow from events in your connected services, on a schedule, or on demand.

Steps in plain language

Write each step as you would explain it. Beneath each one, Lyric shows the connectors and actions it will use.

Decisions and repetition

Branch on conditions, and repeat steps for each item in a set.

Approvals

Pause for your approval, for a named approver, or until a condition is met.

Governed by your boundaries

Every step that changes something is held to your Autonomy settings: Allowed, Ask first, or Never.

A record of every run

Each run shows what started it, what Lyric did at every step, and whether the workflow was completed.

A gallery to start from

Begin from templates your administrators recommend, workflows shared across your organization, or Lyric's own.

Workflows are included in Lyric Max, Lyric Teams, and Lyric Enterprise.

Context

A model of you, built from your environment

Lyric builds an evolving model of you from what it observes, learns, and verifies across your environment.

How Lyric builds a model of you: your systems, applications, devices and physical environment flow into Lyric Ai in Northwind's instance, which observes, learns and verifies, with your coworkers at Northwind feeding its work context, into Jordan Lee's user model across patterns, commitments, relationships and preferences
Transparency

See the model Lyric builds, and correct it

Every part of the model shows the evidence it rests on and the conclusion Lyric drew from it. Anything you remove no longer informs Lyric's work.

Governed autonomy

You define the boundaries Lyric acts within

Choose how Lyric operates: Observe, Assist, or Delegate. Then set, for each type of action, whether Lyric may proceed, must ask first, or must never act. Within the system's safeguards and your boundaries, Lyric decides for itself.

Accountable

Every action is on record.

Traceability

Every record shows what Lyric perceived, decided, planned, performed, and verified.

Approvals stay with people

Any action your boundaries mark Ask first waits for a person's approval.

Context isolation

Context from one person or organization is never applied to another.

Web, mobile, and API

The same model on the web, through the API, and in the Lyric apps for iPhone and Android.

In the real world

From research to real-world impact.

Results from three 30-day customer evaluations.

CybersecurityInfosysSagupar Sathik
Team Lead and Analyst

“Managing competing cybersecurity priorities can make it difficult to balance investigations and alert triage with complex analytical work. During my Lyric Ai beta testing, I found a more intuitive way to incorporate AI into my workflow. Its thoughtfully organized projects and accessible workflows made delegation straightforward, allowing me to focus on higher-complexity tasks while Lyric Ai handled selected investigations and triage. What stood out most was the combination of usability, workflow visibility, and practical task delegation. Lyric Ai made AI-assisted cybersecurity work feel more manageable and accessible.”

Data Analyst

“After 30 days of evaluating Lyric in my consumer insights and data analysis workflow at Protobrand, I saw meaningful improvements in both productivity and efficiency. I completed 34.4% more research tasks, reduced my average analysis cycle time by 32.4%, and cut research synthesis time by 40.6%. I also spent 37.5% fewer analyst hours on revisions, allowing me to focus more time on analysis rather than rework.

“What stood out was the improvement in research quality and knowledge reuse. Findings supported by traceable evidence increased from 76% to 96%, while claims requiring correction after review fell from 14% to 5%. Cross-project knowledge reuse rose from 12% to 38%, and Lyric helped surface more contradictory findings during analysis. Overall, my 30-day experience showed promising benefits for research efficiency, evidence traceability, and more consistent analytical workflows.”

System Administrator

“Over a 30-day pilot at Bark, Lyric handled general-purpose administrative work alongside my responsibilities as a system administrator. My administrative task time fell by 65% to 80%. Itinerary preparation was 80% to 90% faster, supplier email processing 90% to 100% faster, document and briefing preparation 70% to 90% faster, and coordination 85% to 90% faster.

“What gave me confidence was the accuracy. Routine data extraction was at least 98.9% accurate, every critical detail was verified against its source, and Lyric identified scheduling conflicts in at least 95% of our defined test cases. It applied the instructions I had established in at least 92.2% of test cases, and repeated errors after a correction declined over the pilot. Lyric completed at least 90% of eligible workflows and at least 70% of eligible tasks without substantive intervention, and the time I spent reviewing and correcting its work decreased throughout the 30 days.”

Questions

What does Lyric need access to, and why?

Only what you connect. Each connector adds a system, device, application, or part of your physical environment in which Lyric can observe and, within your boundaries, act. Lyric operates only across what you connect.

Which connectors are available?

Lyric connects through MCP, the Model Context Protocol. Thousands of connectors from the open MCP Registry are available and refreshed daily, along with direct connections for your devices and home. Any service that publishes an MCP server can be connected.

Can I see why Lyric did something?

Yes. Every action has a record in Activity showing what triggered it, what Lyric perceived, what it decided and why, each step it took, and how it verified the result.

Can I correct what Lyric has learned?

Yes. Context shows everything Lyric holds and the evidence behind each part. Anything you remove no longer informs Lyric's work, which can reduce what Lyric is able to do for you.

What happens to work context when someone leaves the organization?

Work context belongs to the organization. When a person unlinks their account, work context remains with the organization and personal context remains with the person.

Can Lyric lose a capability it earned?

Yes. Capabilities rest on evidence. If outcomes stop supporting a capability, or the context it depended on is removed, Lyric stops performing it independently and returns to asking first.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. Lyric is available in the Lyric apps for iPhone and Android, as well as on the web and through the API.
