Our Company
Stefan Ragland is the Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of Dominion Labs, where he leads the company's strategic vision, research direction, and long-term mission to build powerful, accessible, and responsibly deployed artificial intelligence. Under his leadership, Dominion Labs is developing a multi-layered ecosystem of advanced technologies — including the Obsidian3 family of large language models, the TorinAI conversational platform, and industry-specific systems such as EdgeMED and OE-1 for healthcare and edge computing.
Stefan brings a unique blend of technical insight, product design vision, and organizational leadership. Before establishing Dominion Labs, he worked as a Data Analyst at Kong Inc., gaining foundational experience in analytics, systems behavior, and real-world product performance. He also served in a leadership capacity at Syracuse University's Student Union, where he managed programs and operations that strengthened his skills in oversight, planning, and multi-team coordination.
As an entrepreneur and builder, Stefan personally architected Dominion Labs' governance structures, corporate framework, and cross-product development strategy. His work spans AI safety, infrastructure planning, model deployment, UX design, and compliance-driven innovation for regulated industries. He is committed to ensuring that advanced AI remains safe, trustworthy, and available to communities and organizations of all sizes not only to major enterprises.

Abel is the Co-Founder of Dominion Labs and serves on the company's Board of Directors, where he plays a key role in strategic oversight, organizational growth, and long-term corporate development. His broad field experience and operational background bring a grounded, solutions-oriented perspective to the leadership team as Dominion Labs continues to scale its AI ecosystem across multiple industries.
A Texas native now based in South Florida, Abel began his career in the oil and gas sector, working more than 14 years in construction and maintenance. Throughout that time, he developed extensive hands-on expertise in scaffolding, pipefitting, and fire protection, building a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of complex project environments.
In 2024, Abel relocated to South Florida to pursue new opportunities and expand upon the experience he gained in the field. He currently manages new-construction sales within Johnson Controls' Fire Alarm division, where his industry knowledge, problem solving skills, and relationship building approach give him a competitive advantage in serving clients and delivering high-impact solutions.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Abel excels at developing long-term partnerships, identifying operational efficiencies, and guiding customers through complex project requirements. His philosophy that every problem has a solution reflects his leadership style and his contributions to Dominion Labs' mission.
Yunior Cordero is a distinguished executive and former U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with over two decades of leadership experience across finance, operations, organizational strategy, and human capital management. As Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Dominion Labs Board of Directors, he brings disciplined execution, strategic foresight, and a mission-driven approach to the company's long-term vision.
Yunior earned an MBA from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Florida International University. Throughout his military and private sector career, he has led high-performance teams, optimized multimillion dollar operational budgets, and built scalable frameworks that drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth.
At Dominion Labs, Yunior oversees global operations, organizational development, infrastructure planning, and cross-departmental execution. He plays a central role in shaping the company's operational roadmap and ensuring that Dominion Labs' mission to make artificial intelligence accessible, affordable, and transformative for all is realized through disciplined strategy and operational excellence.
