Dominion Labs is an independent artificial intelligence research and technology company, founded in 2025 in Miami, Florida. We pursue our mission through open research and through the systems we build from it, and we hold both to the same standard: claims that can be examined and results that can be checked.
Our work spans published research, the models we build from it, and the software that puts those models to work inside organizations. We have published our research since November 2024 and have evaluated our systems with customers in research, cybersecurity, and enterprise operations.

Stefan Ragland is the architect and lead author of Lyric Ai and its published research. Stefan holds an MS and a BS in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University, with a focus on computer architecture, artificial intelligence, and systems design, and has more than six years of experience shipping production iOS and Android software, including research, development, and data analytics at Kong Inc.
Abel Gonzalez runs operations, execution, and the buildout of the company. Abel brings more than ten years of experience leading safety-critical field systems, is NICET certified at Levels I through III, and has more than ten years of experience in business development and deal making.
