How do I restore a purchase?

In our apps, open the shop and tap “Restore Purchases.” Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so make sure you're signed in with the same account you bought them on.

I was charged but didn't receive my item.

Try “Restore Purchases” first. If it still doesn't appear, email us at [email protected] with your approximate purchase date and we'll sort it out. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Email [email protected] (or [email protected]) and we'll process your request. See our Privacy Policy for details on the data we handle.

Do you offer help in other languages?
